Once I move into a house, I'll need to get insurance for it. As you said here, it would be good to find out what is all covered under the policy that you choose. That way, you can see what is and what isn't and change things around accordingly.

I think it's a good idea to ask for 25% over the structure limit just in case something bad happens or your house takes more to repair than you originally thought. It's better to be safe than sorry so that you're prepared. I'll make sure I do that when I get my own policy.
